New Cosplay and Working Out...

So, starting a week ago I started a workout plan. A hardcore, kick my ass, workout plan. Also, I have cut all sugars out of my diet completely. I want to loose a few pounds for a cosplay that I am working on. It's a tight fit, spandex, costume (A member of the Batfamily) and I want to feel comfortable in it. So, I figured if I want to be a member of the batfamily I need to train like Batman would train me. haha. But any who, I was curious, if any of you have any workouts that you do before you cosplay? Do any of you have special workout that you do? Any apps you use on your phone, Tumblr pages, etc.? What do you eat, do you have specific diet plans?

I'm super excited for this new cosplay, for many reasons. But one of the main reasons is... I am actually going to create the costume. My Uryuu cosplay, and my Ciel cosplay wasn't made, I bought them, and created the extras (like the bow.) But with this cosplay I am actually going to sew it together myself, so I was to loose a little more weight, so, like I said, I can feel comfortable wearing it. :)
